Information you provide

When you apply, we collect the information you enter in the form:

• Your name, work email, and practice name or website.
• Revenue and gross-margin ranges, professional experience, and your largest client’s share of revenue.
• A description of your consulting work and engagements, your preferred migration window, and any optional notes.
• Your answers about operating a US consulting practice, winning your own client work, and willingness to assess the CoHeld division structure.

We also create an application reference, submission timestamp, review status, and an initial screening result. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in that conversation.

Please leave client names, confidential client information, Social Security numbers, and payment-card details out of your application.

How we use information

We use application and inquiry information to assess fit, respond to you, discuss migration timing, and maintain application records. We also use information to operate the website, investigate errors or misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Applications are saved for review, and applicants can then schedule an introduction. Scheduling does not decide whether you can join CoHeld.

Hosting, cookies, and technical information

The website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and application storage. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, and security or error logs to deliver and protect the service.

Hosting and access-control services may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, sign-in, and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect access or functionality.

We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this website. The website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

When information is shared

Information is available to the CoHeld team and service providers as needed to review applications, communicate with you, and host, store, or protect the website and its records.

For applicants who proceed to scheduling, we pass name, email and an application reference to iClosed so they can book a fit call. We do not pass your revenue, margin, client concentration or written application answers through the booking link. iClosed and the connected calendar or meeting provider process booking details to arrange the call.

We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect legal rights or address fraud and security concerns, or when you ask us to or authorize us to do so.

Application information is not displayed publicly on this website. Hosting and service providers may process information in locations where they operate.

How long information is kept

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to review applications, communicate with you, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. The retention period depends on the information, the status of our relationship, and applicable requirements.

Your choices and requests

Submitting an application is optional. You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw your application, by emailing admin@ardenclark.com. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about the opportunity.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or protect legal rights; we will explain any limits that apply to your request.

Security

We use the access controls and security features of our hosting and storage services to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been exposed or misused, contact admin@ardenclark.com.

Children

This website is intended for adult consulting founders and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact admin@ardenclark.com so we can investigate and arrange deletion where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website or our information practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.
